Debris Crushing
SBM crushers would significantly increase the debris’s recycling efficiency. Due to the increasing demand to debris dealing, our crushers have been expanded to handle debris crushing in Africa and South America in particular.
Take the jaw crusher as example. SBM jaw crushers have been widely used in quarries around the world for the past 30 years. With larger feed openings and longer jaws, it’s of bigger crushing strokes and is designed mainly for primary crushing (stone, coarse rubble).
It’s worth mentioning that our engineers can design complete crushing plant for you. These compact units can be fixed, or mobile on a frame specially designed for roadwork and easy to transport due to its reduced footprint (sized for roadway clearances).
Debrics crushing plant contains types of stone crusher, such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher and mobile crusher. Jaw crushers are used as primary crushers and typically produce a 4" to 8" minus product usually used as fill. Impactors can be used as primary, secondary, and even tertiary crushers and produce a product typically 2" minus used as base material in some parts of the country. Concrete feed to a cone is typically 6" minus as they are used mostly as secondary crushers behind a Jaw or Impact Primary. Cones typically produce products of 1-1/2" minus.
