Sand-making Production Line

Sand making machine is also called impact crusher, whose working environment is in the open working environment, which is quite poor. So it is easy to rust. Rusty Sand making machine is not only ugly, but also decline the machine’s production. So we need to clean rust of the sand making machine. The following describes two methods.

1. The small pneumatic or electric rust cleaning
This method is mainly electric or compressed air as the driving force and assembles an appropriate rust device for reciprocating movement or rotational movement on various occasions to meet the kinds of requirements, such as the angle grinder, wire brush, wind-driven needle rust-beam devices, pneumatic knock rust hammers, tooth type rotary rust, etc. This method’s feature is semi-mechanized equipment, light tools, and great mobility, which can more thorough clean rust and more efficient than hand-rust greatly increased, up to 1 ~ 2m2 / h, but can’t remove the oxide skin, the surface is roughness smaller and can’t achieve high quality of surface processing quality. This method can be used in any part of the machine, particularly in the ship repair process.

2. Shot cleaning rust
This method mainly jet particles in order to achieve the roughness and clean surface, whose appropriate equipments include open type shot cleaning rust machine, closed type shot cleaning rust machine, vacuum shot cleaning rust machine. Open type shot cleaning rust machine is most widely used, which can more thoroughly remove all the impurities on metal surfaces, such as the oxide, rust and old paint. It can cleaning 4 ~ 5m2 / h and can be more mechanical, higher quality of cleaning rust.

The above two methods are relatively common used, and the sand making machine needs painting work after cleaning rust.
