Sand making machine is another name of impact crusher, which plays an important role in the artificial sand making and is one of the main equipments in the sand production line. As a system of sand equipment, sand making machine will encounter some problems in the production process, which maybe lead to the produced sand unsatisfactory. Through our repeated experiments, the factors that affect the sand making production can be divided into the following:

1. Material hardness;
2. The fine powder in materials;
3. Material viscosity;
4. Material humidity

From the above four aspects, these can be drawn: When the hardness of materials is too large, the sand making machine works difficultly to wear and tear on equipment increase and the production slows down. Therefore, we should be careful on the selection of materials; when there are too much powders or impurities in their material, they are easily adhering on the device and affecting transport. Therefore, a large concentration of the powder material should be advance screened. When the materials viscosity is too large, the material is easy to adhere to the inside wall of sand making machine, causing blockage. So, when selecting materials, do not select the material whose humidity is too large. If the humidity is too large, the machine will cause adhesion, so do not select the material whose humidity is too large.

To sum up, the main factors of affecting the quality of making sand of sand making machine is the four points for the material.
